I’m Veronica Canterbury. I live in Everett, WA, where I code and I make things.

As far back as I can remember, I have loved making things with my hands. I have always been a proactive self-starter, and love learning new techniques.

As a front-end engineer I enjoy creating user experiences that are a delight. I enjoy the collaboration between product owners, designers, back-end and dev-ops engineers. I have over 15 years of experience working on the front-of-the-front-end and, more recently, on the back-of-the-front-end.

My GitHub account is not full of ‘extracurricular’ projects - I have a busy life, several demanding pets, and interests outside of front-end engineering.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and gang of pets. I knit to relax, and I joyfully practice metalsmithing and mixed media art.
